National Garden (15 min walking distance)
Former the Royal Garden, it is the biggest public park in Athens, and it’s located just behind the Greek Parliament. The building of the Greek Parliament was once the Palace, and Queen Amalia commissioned the creation of the Garden in 1883, and the palm trees you will see in the entrance were planted by her. It’s a great place to have a picnic, walk and relax during sunny days.
