The Acropolis Museum (15 min walking distance)
One of the newest museums in Greece, it opened its doors to public in 2009. It is home to the findings of the archaeological site of the Acropolis of Athens, as well as other artifacts. The most notable exhibit is undoubtedly the Karyatides, the women-shaped statues that support the temple of Erechtheum.
